The Ortlieb Sport-Packer Plus Waterproof Rear Pannier is constructed of tough cordura fabric, and is perfectly suitable as a lowrider pannier in the front, or for the rear of children's bikes. The Quick-Lock2 fixing offers quick and comfortable single-handed mounting to the rack.
